Warranty policy

Adhere to the service concept of “focusing on customer needs”. The product quality assurance of the engineering project shall be implemented in accordance with the contract.

The retail product warranty is provided by the distributor. Consumers need to enjoy after-sales service based on the proof of purchase. If the proof of purchase cannot be provided, the warranty will start from the production date.

The following is the scope of non-after-sales service guarantee:

The abnormality is caused by improper operation or installation and use not in accordance with the use environment and conditions specified in the product manual.
Exceptions that occur after the warranty period has expired.
If the customer has placed a wrong order and needs to be returned or exchanged.
Due to poor storage environment or improper storage, the product is damp, rusty, mildewed, deformed, damaged, etc.
